This app looks like it has a lot of great features -- but many words are in kanji only, with no furigana. So Im going to have to delete it. Hope the developer changes this in the future.

As a beginner I really need almost a childs version to start with. As a compliment Ill say that this appears to start you off that way. Looking forward to digging in. UPDATE: Having used this for a few days Id say this is the BEST language app/teaching product on the market. I own Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur so take that as my comparison. Ive increased my vocabulary by 20 words in a few days and it sticks.

By far the easiest Japanese app Ive used out of the many Ive tried out. I love the interactive games and quizzes.
